Requirements

  • Possess own transport
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Preferably candidates who can converse in Mandarin
  • Possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Required Skill(s): Good communications skills, good interpersonal skills, and independent
  • At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With industrial supplies experience will be added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the arrangement of purchase payment. Make the next month\'s payment budget on the first 25th of each month, and report to the company\'s finance department and general manager
  • According to the application form of the sales department, contact the source of the required varieties for purchase, and give feedback within one working day
  • According to the price notice, adjust the price in time, contact the manufacturer for compensation in time, and notify the sales department in writing to remind the salesperson to pay attention to the deadline for return and replacement, so as to prevent losses
  • Establish and improve supplier files, master supplier information materials, and ensure smooth supply channels
  • Responsible for the contact and handling of damaged, recent, unsalable varieties and manufacturers\' returns and replacements
  • After the purchase plan is implemented, track the manufacturer and provide the delivery note to the storage and transportation department
  • Responsible for contract making, customs declaration, foreign exchange payment verification and other related work for the procurement of imported varieties
