Job Responsibility Place order, key stock, issue PO / DO / INV, liaise with Vendors and follow up for equipment delivery. Maintains accurate records, compare pricing, check stock availability and follow up files of purchases, shipments and related matters. May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications. Perform related job duties as required. Job Requirements Temporary position : 4 months contract commencing 1 April 2024 - 31 July 2024 Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Location : Taman Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Malaysian with junior level experience in purchasing administration skills. Ability to utilize computerized inventory system, Microsoft office and basic office equipment. Responsible, resourceful, positive attitude. Academic background / experience : Purchasing / Administration. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
