-Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel. - To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times. - Assesses cost of company purchase - Arrange and process the odering of goods for hotel usage & department request. - issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items. - Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.
