Job Details

. Performs routine clerical duties including data entry. 
 
. Maintain & update inventory Records. 
 
. Coordinate with Sales Department & provide inventory support at all time. 
 
. Sales Inquiry Person In-charge 
 
. Daily Stock Balance report to Production 
 
. Handling of Legrand\xe2\x80\x99s Defective Product Claim (By Monthly basis) 
 
. Stationery request (Every Friday) 
 
. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 
 
 Authority: 
 
. Material Stock In / Out, GRN, GRI, Stock Transferring, Eta & Etd up-date 
 
. Purchase Requisition Issuing 
 
. Issue Complaint Form or Vendor Claim Form for non-conformance goods
