Job Description


Pay Package : Basic Salary - Rm1500 to Rm2000 (Depending on experience) Allowance - Rm300 Qualification: SPM/Cert/Diploma : 1. Dealing with telephone & email inquiries 2. Handle Purchase Orders, acknowledgements, validate pricing. 3. Assist Office Manager to coordinate and liaise deliveries with suppliers and customers. 4. Source for purchase quotation/package, and arranging delivery schedule. 5. Executing and monitoring procurement processes and documents. 6. Receive, inspect, and distribute inventory orders to customers, production team, project team, and/or installation team. 7. Record orders and data entry into SQL system. 8. Fill out damage claims, and return orders, keep daily records, and work with Accounts Department to pay suppliers. 9. Receive, validate, and process all supplier invoices before passing them to Accounts Department for invoice data entry into accounting system. 10. Filing of paperwork and documentation. 11.
