Purchasing Executive
Job Description
Request for quotes and parts sourcing to ensure the most competitive price is achieved and entering sourced data into system correctly.
To source, negotiate price, currency and payment term with new and existing supplier.
Maintain the system to ensure all commercial data is complete and up to date eg. Unit price, standard pack quantity ( SPQ ), minimum order quantity ( MOQ ), lead time and etc.
Perform parts expediting and ensure supplier deliver the right part at the right time with the right quantity.
Prepare all documentation ( PO issuing, internal order and etc ) to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
Prepare monthly Manufacturing Warehouse Licence ( LMW ) reports to be submitted to custom.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university especially in Business Administration or Engineering departments,
Strong analytical abilities, sense of urgency and multitasking.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills, Good level of MS-Office applications,
Experience in SAP is an asset,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
