Purchasing Executive

who can take full ownership of this crucial backbone.

This isn't just a procurement role -- it's about

strategic growth, supplier negotiation, and maximizing value

. You'll be the key to managing aging stock, unlocking better pricing opportunities, optimizing consignment and stock exchange programs, and driving stronger revenue outcomes for the company.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Manage the

end-to-end purchasing process

: sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and order fulfillment. Strengthen partnerships with global and local suppliers across

100+ brands

, negotiating for better

pricing, payment terms, stock exchanges, consignments, and claims

. Monitor and manage

aging stock

, finding innovative ways to minimize risk and maximize revenue. Forecast demand and ensure

optimal inventory planning

for both retail outlets and online sales. Generate

regular purchasing and inventory performance reports

to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align purchasing strategies with promotions, campaigns, and retail goals. Ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all procurement processes.
What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-2 years of purchasing/procurement experience (retail or consumer electronics background preferred). Strong

negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Comfortable with

data-driven reporting and forecasting

. Passionate about technology, innovation, and driving growth. Able to thrive in a

fast-paced retail environment
