Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Procurement:

Discover and connect with local and international suppliers, negotiate deals and terms to ensure the best value for business.

Purchase Order Management:

Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmations and deliveries to keep everything running smoothly.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

Collaborate with inventory management and production teams to ensure optimum stock level and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Help drive cost-saving initiatives by negotiating the best deals and keeping purchasing costs within budget. Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, supplier performance, and markets trends.

Market Research & Reporting:

Stay on top of market trends, product availability, and pricing. Provide insights and reports to

optimize purchasing strategies

Team Collaboration:

Work with sales, warehouse, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth communication and deliveries across the board.

Risk Management and Compliance:

To ensure all procurement activities adhere to Company Policies. Stay updated on industry regulations, trade policies, and environmental guidelines affecting procurement.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage. 5 days' work (Monday to Friday).

Applicants must be willing to work at Sri Utara, Kuala Lumpur (Next to LOTUS Xtra, Selayang).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
