Job Vacancy Purchasing Executive
Location: 1. Jalan Mohd Salleh, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor
2. Jalan Sri Sulong, Taman Industri Sri Sulong, Parit Sulong, Johor
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
Additional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, Supply Chain courses) are an added advantage.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
Experience in sourcing, vendor management, or purchasing operations is preferred.
Good understanding of procurement processes (RFQs, POs, sourcing, negotiation).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AutoCount, Odoo, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to compare prices, evaluate suppliers, and manage documentation.
Personal Qualities
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
