1. Responsible for sourcing, developing, validating and communicating for local and overseas procurement 2. Monitor, plan and purchase the products required to ensure sufficient stock for production requirement 3. To ensure, compile, negotiate and evaluate the prices, specifications and terms of the products to identify the optimal decision for purchase 4. To review and update existing and new product costs and quality to recommend opportunities for cost optimization 5. Responsible for entire material purchasing cycle, follow up on deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of goods to manage day-to day purchasing activities for packaging material 6. To prepare Purchase Order by comparing specifications and pricing, obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items. 7. To source for new raw material, packaging material and others 8. Weekly stock order compilation and monthly balance stock report 9. Ensure time delivery of materials for smooth running of production operation 10. Exposure and hands-on experience with overseas market eg China Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse or Logistics field is required 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4. Good working attitude and learning ability 5. Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin 6. Negotiation and sourcing vendors experience 7. Ability to work as part of a team, reliable and flexible 8.
