Job Description

Job Responsibilities -Sourcing of subcontractors according to the requirement from Project Department. -Understand site condition, costing and other important variables in order to assess the sub-contractor\'s price effectively. -Negotiation with subcontractors-price, availability, time and other commercial terms. -Prepare costing of works for negotiation purposes. -Prepare, check and scrutinize award of the subcontractors, Variation Orders. -Monitoring subcontractors deliverables in regular basis. -Weekly reporting- Budget vs actual and timeline -Maintain good relationship with subcontractors and all other stakeholders -Other tasks assigned from time to time. Job Requirements -Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. -At least 3 years working experience in related field. -Electrical Power/Energy/Telecommunication or other Marine related field will be an advantage. -Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Points, KMS -Good analytical skills, meticulous, positive and able to work independently. -Languages: English, Malay and Mandarin
