Open Position: Senior Purchasing Executive (Retail Industry)
A Retail-based Company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for:
-Processing and management of purchase orders to suppliers.
-Follow up on shipment or delivery dates, production schedule, shipment clearance.
-Warehouse and inventory control.
-Source and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for best price and payment terms.
-Perform Goods Received Note to confirm goods have been received.
-New vendor management.
-Issue production note to production and store according to production planning.
--Diploma or Degree holder.
-Strong supervisory experience.
-Good planning, organizing and multitasking skills.
