Company Background:

Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop inbound material plans on a weekly basis based on customer demand, internal inventory levels, and related data. Update demand forecasts (FCST) to suppliers weekly and ensure suppliers prepare materials in a timely and appropriate manner. Issue purchase orders accurately and promptly according to material plans and order gaps. Follow up on material deliveries and coordinate supplier lead times to ensure internal production and shipment requirements are met. Provide timely feedback and handle quality issues, including reconciliation and charge-back arrangements. Proactively update the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) on project procurement progress, drive corrective actions for exceptions, and enhance overall project contribution.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in direct material procurement. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Excel functions. Good communication skills, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and logical thinking. Highly motivated, responsible, and capable of effective cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
