Job Description

  • Mainly responsible for documentation, quotation enquiries, issuing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers as sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status to meet the Company requirements.
  • To prepare monthly purchasing reports.
  • To handle in administration work of manage overall office image, stationaries, pantry supply and etc.
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management.
