Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying supplier requirements to negotiating contracts and placing orders
Research and evaluate potential suppliers, comparing prices, quality, delivery times and other key factors to ensure the best value for the company
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices and stock levels
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Continuously look for ways to improve purchasing efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities
Assist with the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures to enhance overall procurement practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of purchasing principles, processes and best practices
Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers
Keen attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve processes and procedures

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,339.29 per month
