Purchasing Executive
Job Description
1. Responsible for purchases of parts with reasonable price, good quality, and timely delivery of goods.
2. Negotiation price, terms and condition with supplier.
3. Generate SAP purchase order, changes and cancellation.
4. Expedite delivery schedule & control inventory.
5. Searching, analyze the performance of current & new potential supplier.
6. Prepare monthly report and internal order forecast for supplier
7. Support Unit Leader (UL) in daily task.
8. Monitor and follow up on sample approval status
9. Issue RFQ on quotation inquiry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
