Plan and manage company's purchasing operations, including sourcing, selection of vendors, price comparison, issuing purchase orders, follow up on delivery of goods.
Monitor stock movement to ensure availability of stock and on-time delivery to clients.
Ensure warehouse stock quantity tally with accounting software stock and check incoming material quality and quantity same as purchase order.
Communicate and coordinate with Overseas suppliers in English
To coordinate purchasing activity with engineering and manufacturing department to maintain inventory and timely delivery.
Perform ad-hoc and administrative tasks assigned.
What we look for?
Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Word.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in purchasing, specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Able to communicate and write well in English.
Independent and possess a good work attitude, strong negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
Detailed oriented and a team player
Able to work in Kapar, Klang
