Purchasing Executive

who can secure the best deals, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure our inventory is always ready to meet demand.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Manage the

end-to-end purchasing process

-- sourcing, negotiation, ordering, and delivery follow-up. Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure the best offers, pricing, and promotional opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with sales and marketing to ensure stock availability for campaigns and promotions. Negotiate payment terms, consignment deals, and promotional support to maximize profitability. Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to support smarter decision-making. Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with internal processes. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with company goals. Continuously explore new supplier opportunities to strengthen our product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in retail purchasing or procurement. Strong negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers. Proficiency in

Microsoft Word and Excel

for reporting and documentation. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Passionate about retail, technology, and driving growth. Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
