Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company\'s food and beverage objectives.
Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Plan and schedule material demands, perform inventory stocking & stock count activities and Monitoring stock levels.
To review, control and monitor stock inventory in order to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation.
Follow up and expedite supplier deliveries to meet the on-time delivery target.
Coordinate with the related team to ensure the operation run smoothly.
To assist on other administrative works and support day to day operation work.
Understand and have experience working with Point-Of-Sales (POS) system, experience in Food market hub.
