Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders to manufacturers/ suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and inventories control
• Escalation of orders with manufacturers/ suppliers to fulfill customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests
• Inventory planning and control, expediting and follow-up on orders and shipments clearance, and management to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests (this may include short lead-time orders)
• Demand planning, material replenishment planning, monitoring of forecast entered by Sales team- highlight if the forecast vs actual variance is out too much
• To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at safety level
• Issue of Purchase Order with correct Shipping/Delivery term and pricing
• Follow-up to ensure the best payment term is granted by manufacturers/ suppliers
• Checking on orders process and schedules with manufacturers/ suppliers, arrangement of shipment clearance for storage, etc.
• Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices
• Negotiate with sales and suppliers
• Performing shipping documentation
• Perform GRN
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Experience with using SAP system
• Able to work in a face-paced environment
• Meticulous
• Able to handle large volume of work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
