Purchasing Executive
Job Description
As a Purchasing Executive you will require to: I) Check all purchasing orders prior to superior\'s approval II) Ensure suppliers comply with the internal quality standards and external laws III) Conduct assessment to identify new and reliable suppliers/vendors IV) Build and maintain positive trust relationship with key suppliers and vendors V) Expedite purchase orders and ensure suppliers deliver requested items within the set time constraints. VI) Oversees the management of suppliers/vendors product cost, quality and delivery performance VII) Seek and gain the approval of executives to secure purchasing contracts with new suppliers or vendors
