Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist in coordinating the procurement of goods and services for F&B operations. Coordinate with the kitchen and operation teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly. Compile vendor invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock take, report and follow up for any discrepancies for outlets. Ensure that all procured products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor the status of F&B outlet's open purchase orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery of all orders. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Assist in analyzing market trends to identify new suppliers and products and recommend product substitutions to the team. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.

Job Requirement:



Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
