Responsible for the planning and buying activities for the assigned project/s.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and facilitate the purchasing of items to ensure uninterrupted flow of the materials.
Negotiate with the suppliers on the pricing, lead time, and the quality of the items.
Liaise with the suppliers on the delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare purchasing documentation to comply with the ISO requirements.
Monitor price trends and select suppliers that are most suitable i terms of price and quality.
Comply with legal, corporate, and quality policy requirements.
Perform any other related tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or Business studies or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
Specialized in purchasing, inventory, material and warehouse operation.
Knowledge in electronic components is an advantage.
Required skills: Negotiation skills and keen to details, good communication,time management skills, Supply Chain Management, and able to work under pressure
Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
