Responsibilities/Objectives:

Supply Chain * \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage the business-wide material planning activities by working closely with Operations, Logistics and Businesses to optimize inventory across the supply chain consistent with customer service and "lowest cost supplier" objectives.

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for product costing related activities including: Standard Product Price, Material Costing and Certificate of Origin (COO) Costing.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate with financial manager and sales to work out the best quotation price and price list to clients.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the equilibrium between uncertain demand, forecast accuracy and inventory level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides expertise in all supply chain related areas, i.e supply chain networks and related transportation costs, inventory management, ROI analysis, etc.

Purchase * \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of procurement documentations.

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for order processing and delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient process flow.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure customer satisfaction and effective inventory management by providing appropriate proposal in the areas of production planning, materials and inventory control.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Close collaboration with Sales/Marketing/ Customer Service and Production Teams.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate prices and terms with vendors, or freight forwarders.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage stocks levels by ensuring appropriate parameters are attain the target stocks levels and hitting the agreed service levels with customers.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and qualify new suppliers, ensuring their capability to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary. Shipping
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the yearly LMW forecast to shipping team for LMW license renewal.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the importation shipping rate changes and liaise with shipping team to book the suitable sailing schedules for material orders with FOB term.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad hoc assignments from Management
