Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all purchases meet company standards, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Implement standardization to enhance cost savings.
• Continuously monitor the price trends of all purchased materials.
• Recommend necessary changes to maintain stocks balances between procurement and other departments.
• Handle month end stock take with store keepers and identify if any stocks discrepancies
• Request quotations from at least three vendors for comparison in pricing, quality, and service for any new acquisition.
• Submit purchase requests to the general manager for approval before placing orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, including supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
• Identify, track, and implement opportunities for reducing material costs.
• Monitor each outlet storekeeper\'s activities and performance.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the general manager or executive chef.
