Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 5,000



Location: Selangor



Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or any related certificate.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.

Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Self-motivated, hardworking, and with a positive attitude.

Must be a cat lover.


Responsibilities:



Prepare and process purchase orders and any relevant documents.

Provide admin or general office support tasks as assigned.

Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers (both local and overseas) to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure updated purchasing records and data entry into the system.

Verify and process goods received in the system.

Monitor and coordinate overseas and local deliveries to ensure timely arrival.

Handle importing and exporting procedures.

Liaise with Accounts departments to ensure matching of all relevant documents (PO, DO, invoices).

Perform other tasks as assigned.
