Responsible for scouring the global market for the latest and greatest baby accessories.

Develop and implement effective sourcing and category management strategies to keep us at the forefront.

? Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Understand market trends, control costs, and adjust pricing to optimize inventory based on company needs.

????????????????????????

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases to keep our finances in check.

Manage the company's supply portfolio and establish strong relationships with trustworthy vendors.

Ensure products and supplies meet high-quality standards, maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Optimize sourcing procedures and SOPs to achieve maximum efficiency in our processes.

Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and versatility.

Requirements ??:

Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent.

?????????????????

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in executing global procurement and sourcing activities. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent time-management skills.

Experience in an ERP environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams for process improvement.

Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

????????????????? We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
