Job Brief:
Total coordination among purchasing team and within organization.
Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager and above.
• Execute purchasing functions according to company objectives, policies and procedures.
• Malaysia - KD sales order PO delivery coordinator.
• MM & MRP variant settings control (including quotation upload).
• Space finder (Approval MM & ECR & 4M).
• Centralize control for ECR / New Model / Loss Claim.
• Prepare, coordinate, follow up, analize, summarize and compiling for daily reports for outstanding invoices and delay list and NG-incoming and production.
• Prepare, coordinate, follow up, analize, summarize and compiling for weekly reports for U1U2U3/No source & No info/Delivery Achievement/Death Stocks/Swap Plan.
• Prepare, coordinate, follow up, analize, summarize and compiling for monthly reports for DHL & Air cost analysis/ SIC rental fee (elec & water bill) / Inventory status / Supplier Evaluation.
• Prepare, coordinate, follow up, analize, summarize and compiling for any additional internal reports as per request by superior such as EOL (if any).
• Implementation of Annual Training Masterplan.
• Work with internal departments to review the daily critical items and delivery to meet production needs.
• Monitoring inventory level based on monthly inventory report and analyses inventory turns, potential obsolescence and inventory day supply.
• Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead-time to meet customers\' needs.
• Forecast purchase department budget per monthly and analysis the actual variance if any.
• Forecast capital investment and headcount per monthly.
• KM tooling related (including tooling registration).
• Quotation upload & ensure system info record accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Qualification : Process a Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent qualification
• Experience : Minimum 2 year of working experience in Purchasing Control function or similar role within the MNC
• Skill : Microsoft/ SAP/ MRP experience is essential
• Language : English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Chinese/ Japanese
