Permanent contract Full Time
Responsibilities:
  • Supplier sourcing, evaluation and managing to achieve competitive cost, quality, service and material on time delivery
  • Preparing Material Requisition and issue Purchase/Work Order
  • Mapping invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to A/C Dept for payment process
  • Follow up warranty claims with supplier when applicable.
  • Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files according to individual project for quick retrieval
  • To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
  • To assist in site office HR administration and documentation work.
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: High school
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): Mandarin Chinese
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SQL Server
  • Driver\'s license: Car
