1. Responsible for day to day procurement and warehouse related works. 2. Liaise with Project Engineers on the requirement of the material and equipment for the projects 3. Liaise with our suppliers on quotation request, price negotiation, delivery, etc 4. Prepare purchase order, compile invoices and delivery order for approval for payment purposes 5. Monitor the movement of the materials and equipment purchases, to ensure both are reached at the agreed time and venue. 6. Responsible for the store arrangement and maintenance of equipment & material, in the warehouse 7. Perform any other purchase and logistics-related matters if required, as per assigned by Purchasing Director
