Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Responsible of all product order processing for all purchase and sales orders for operation product. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage the audit on the production system, facilitate and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. \xc2\xb7 Report to HOD to accommodate the requirement of product identification, receiving and the management report data for operation system review. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the information on the organization production status and products are provided to the shipping logistic are accurate. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for label and trademarks application with the Certification Body and also for managing and filing related logo license issues and records. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for issuing sales invoices and sales documents for all product sales, in accordance to the complete work order and sales orders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper usage of any standard or certification compliance related label after approval has been obtained from the certification body. \xc2\xb7 Maintain full traceable data record for the certification of certified products from sales documentation of production material purchase to the purchase of certified supplier source. \xc2\xb7 Maintain full traceable data record for the in and out operation and product transfer. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for filing, keeping and maintaining related certification documents from sales, logistics and purchases for a minimum of 5 years. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience. \xc2\xb7 Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under deadlines and at times high pressure environment. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
