Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including direct and indirect spends for the local site and support the Singapore site.
Inventory control, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support smooth supply to operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material quality or technical issues.
Manage item code creation and supplier registration within the system.
Involve and support in cost-down projects.
Assist in CAPEX projects for the Singapore site.
Provide administrative support as needed..
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar function, or a relevant field.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
