Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands-on experience in materials/equipment or procurement management is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong influential skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal, management skills, communications skills and a team player.
• Have good professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with relevant local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

The candidate will oversee purchases and develop new contracts. In this position, the candidate will play a key role iin procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the project. The candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and collect
• Provide professional sourcing support for supplier resources.
• Prepare, draft and manage all tenders and supplier contracts.
• Assist in sourcing and in execution for materials, products & cost reduction negotiation with suppliers and cross-checking purchases information.
• Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ), procurement contract and Purchase Order (PO) execution/ processing.
• Coordinate and deal with problems arising from contract implementation and procurement activities, ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
• Establish and maintain material management ledger, conduct data statistics and filing.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
