Job Description

Purchasing roles: 1. Plan the purchase and delivery based on stock level and ensure stock availability for fulfillment. 2. Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and reviewing all direct and indirect materials and services from suppliers and vendors 3. Carry out all procurement process including generating of Purchase Orders, 4. Ensuring goods timely arrival and search for the best competitive terms, prices and quality. 5. Review, expedite and track all open Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery 6. Monitor and update supplier price lists / inventory list. 7. Support purchasing department in the administration work. 8. Ensure the procurement process is relevant with the RBA and ISO 9001 procedure. 9. Any others task from time to time. Material Control roles: 1. Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels. 2. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery. 3. Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy. 4. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production. 5. Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy. 6. Preparing monthly inventory report for management review. 7. Any others task from time to time.
