HIRING: Purchasing Executive

We are a fast-growing trading company specializing in furniture materials such as fabrics, PVC, and more. We are looking for a

meticulous and dedicated teammate

to help our company grow steadily.

Main Responsibilities:

Check and verify product quality and color consistency. Organize and prepare purchasing documents (POs, quotations, etc.). Manage and arrange samples. Follow up on order status with suppliers. Prepare, review, and verify necessary purchasing documents. Analyze company sales data and forecast purchasing needs.

Requirements:

Proficient in

Mandarin, Malay, and English

(spoken and written). Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

SPM qualification or above.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently to solve problems. Good sense of color differentiation. Physically healthy with no bad habits.
