Job Description

Roles & responsibilities :

• Actively source for new vendors and suppliers, term negotiations, and purchasing flow covering fixed SKUs, non-floral ingredients, perishable items (cakes, chocolates, hamper ingredients, etc) and flowers.
• Internal and external stakeholder management with suppliers and various internal teams not limited to a particular brand under Limitless Technology Group.
• Generate spend analysis, inventory planning not limited to a particular brand under Limitless Technology Group on a monthly basis.
• Provide accurate data analysis to minimise inventory shortages/overstock and logistics risks.
• Generate forecast for stock needed for the upcoming quarter based on sales movement.
• Generate, review, and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules and payments with finance team.
• Strategize purchasing plan with Head of Ops and Manager for future product introductions and launches.
• Undertake any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets
• Advanced skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, math\'s logic, and multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Early shift
• Monday to Friday

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
