Job Description
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design or any related field
- At least 3 years in the related field
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Preferably experienced in procurement within the service or F&B industry.
- Experience with procurement and inventory systems, especially Food Market Hub, is preferred.
- Proficient in data management and analysis.
- Initiative, self-motivation, and able to work independently.
- Efficiently source direct and indirect materials, and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Execute the Procure-to-Pay process, from responding to purchase requests to monitoring delivery and payment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and seek alternatives for non-performing ones.
- Maintain and train users on our procurement system, Food Market Hub.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize disruptions and overstocking.
- Collaborate with departments on initiatives to enhance sales, reduce costs, and improve efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with Marketing for product awareness and visual enhancements.
- Prepare regular reports for management review.
