Proven experience in purchasing/procurement.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills for cost and market analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (often preferred).
Identify, research, and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable deals.
Prepare purchase orders, process claims, and manage the entire order cycle.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and ensure sufficient supplies without overstocking
Work with other departments (e.g., warehouse, production, finance) to understand needs and align purchasing.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement best practices, and regulatory requirements.
