Job Description

- To take charge on the purchasing process, getting the best deals & delivery process according to our ISO procedures. - To check on delivery status & arrange transport & Re-packing (when needed) To communicate and arrange with PM on site delivery of materials and prepare packing list (when needed) To perform daily checking on received DO. - To follow up with suppliers on deliveries pending to project sites and update relevant parties on delivery schedules of materials. - To prepare and submit Site Material Balance, and other procurement related reports. - To monitor bulk order cables for each ongoing projects as well as stock levels for cables &PVC Conduit. - To alert management when there is a redflag / risk detected while monitoring cable stock report. - Store Material Management - To receive, match and update Purchase Documents in compliance with all ISO Standard Procedures. - To maintain proper filing to ensure documents are easily traceable. - Adhoc task or new systems assigned by superior/management.
