Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. Receive & check items from supplier. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Liaise with project supplier or contractor for progress report and payment. Liaise with third party security company. Follow up with services provider. Perform timely bill payment. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Ensuring all stock is delivered in a timely manner. Assist in front desk administrative work. Perform ad-hoc task assign by superiors. Requirements Job Requirement At least Diploma in business or any related field. Proficiency in MS Excel or relevant management software programs. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English. Great organizational and planning skills.
