Perform sourcing and purchasing activities . Perform sourcing and purchasing activities . Negotiate and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery timeline, quality, service, etc. . Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers. . Correspond and communicate with suppliers and departments regarding product quality, services, and complaints. . Responsible for maintaining document filling and verifying invoices before submission to the related department. . Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues reported by QC/ Production. . Handles adjustments with vendors involving replacement & rejection of materials not conforming to purchase specifications. . Any other duties will be assigned by the superior as and when necessary. .
