Primary Responsibilities:

Purchasing Executive

is responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The role involves

analyzing supplier performance, negotiating competitive prices, and sourcing new suppliers strategically

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

are essential. The Purchasing Executive continuously optimizes procurement operations to maintain an efficient and reliable supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, while negotiating competitive pricing and favourable terms. Monitoring supplier performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Collaborating with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, and sales) to align purchasing activities with operational requirements. Tracking market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement. Maintaining accurate and organized records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information. Supporting stock accuracy and ensuring material availability to sustain smooth daily operations

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); 8:00 am - 1:00PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
