Job Description

To collect purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplier.

To update, monitor, application and renewal of sales tax and duty exemption, process purchase requisition and monitoring and issuing purchase order.

To negotiate with supplier for price and all necessary terms and conditions.

To compile summary of invoice to submit to account department.

To source for new supplier to improve cost, quality and services.

To actively participate in ISO9001/AITF16949 in purchasing and supplier matters.

To carry out others duties responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skill as well as a good command of written and spoken English.


Highly motivated and self directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good time management skills.

Positive attitude and positive thinking.
