- Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials/services.
- Issue Purchase Orders(PO) and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient supply.
-Maintain proper documentation and records for purchasing activities.
-Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to achieve cost efficiency.
-Support audit and compliance requirements related to purchasing.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior or management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
