1. In charge on daily Purchasing activities to ensure the operation is running smoothly.
2. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), follow up on order confirmation, arrange payments, monitor and track
delivery schedules.
3. Procure machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and other materials required for plant operations in a
timely and cost-effective.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and priorities.
5. To source and qualify reliable suppliers, secure competitive quotations, and conduct price negotiations to
achieve optimal value and cost savings from local and overseas suppliers
6. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and reporting.
7. Prepare periodically purchases report for Management's review.
Requirement
1. Candidate must possess minimum STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
2. Min 3 years working experience in Procurement.
3. Proficient in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.
5. Strong sourcing, negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7. Self-motivated, result driven, independent and good in problem solving
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
