To source, select and negotiable for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with supplier. Responsible for the full spectrum of purchasing duties including planning, forecast and implement. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedure. Liaise with supplier on defective goods and take corrective action. Constantly reviewing prices quoted and always on the look-out for cheaper and better source of supply. To support day to day operation activities such as data entry, request for quotation, order processing, coordination on delivery scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any fields or equivalent. Knowledgeable in heavy machinery spare parts will be an advantage.

Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years of experience specialized in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Materials & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role require candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers. Mature personality with good negotiation and communication skills. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
