Job Description

The supply chain executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the company at the best value, quality, and delivery terms. This role ensures timely procurement while maintaining good supplier relationships and compliance with company policies. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, particularly participating in ISO 9001 and IAFT 16949 administration tasks.

Procurement & Purchasing

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) Ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to operational requirements Monitor order status and follow up on delayed or outstanding deliveries

Supplier & Cost Management

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Inventory & Documentation

Coordinate with warehouse / store / operations team on stock levels Ensure accuracy of purchase records, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation Match invoices with PO and delivery documents before submission to Accounts Maintain updated supplier master data and procurement records

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures Support audits by providing procurement-related documents and reports Prepare basic purchasing reports (e.g. spend analysis, supplier usage, delivery performance)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
