Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Daily administration duties eg. PO issuing, recording, filing, etc. Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Create and maintain the purchase information on ERP or purchasing system. Consistently supervise suppliers for service, delivery, quality and reliability. Maintain supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Work with suppliers on delivery and backorder improvement using data. Ensure purchasing department procedures are adhered to. Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in supply chain or equivalent with 3 years working experience in related field. Non-degree holders with more than 5 years working experience in related field. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office application. Able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,094.92 per month
