Job Description

Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including PO creation, coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and Customs, ensuring timely material availability. Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and drive cost-saving initiatives. Maintain accurate purchase and supplier records; monitor supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ISO audit requirements. Handle purchase order issuance, material master data, and shipment coordination from order to delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or any related field. Min 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing operations will be preferred. Strong analytical, communication skills & attention to details. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines. Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
