Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Fluent in Mandarin is essential for communication with Chinese suppliers.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office suites.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Possess own transport.

Handle end-to-end purchase activities for battery components and material, spare parts for machinery and office supplies.
Source and select suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost and timely delivery of goods.
Communicate effectively with both local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure cost-efficiency.
Ensure continuous supply of raw materials and parts to meet production demands.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with company needs and budgets.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure all sourced materials meet company standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports on purchase status and supplier performance
